Loopersoft is a SAAS based web application designed to manage a customer's purchases from the store and also their appointments. The frontend is developed as mobile apps whereas the backend is developed as a web-based administration panel. PhoneGap has been used to build both iPhone and Android apps. For the responsive design, we have used jQuery Mobile.
Backend web panel has two user types i.e. Super Admin and Store Owner. Super Admin can manage the accounts of all the stores. Store Owners can manage details of their customers and leads, history of purchases and appointments via the CRM; also manage employee accounts, permissions for using the app, appointments, and also the SMS and Email customizable templates.
Frontend mobile app is used by a store's employees to manage the customers' details, their purchases, as well as marketing of products. Custom developed calendar helps to manage customer appointments, SMS/email schedules, send reminders, and it is synced with Google calendar.
